In the lower ground floor is a 130 m² large recreation room (with games and training equipment, washing machine and dryer). The apartment has a loggia with sea views. Below the terrace is the 30 m² large and 1, 50 m deep community pool with overflow, outdoor shower and enough pool chairs. The pool is heated to 26 degrees. Professional filters ensure the best water quality. The apartment has 6 bikes (mountain bikes) and 2 kayaks for 2 people plus 1 child (all included in the price).

Sziklás strand The apartment is located on the island of Brac, in the quiet Osibova Bay, and is only 30 meters from a small pebble beach. Here you will find, away from mass tourism, untouched nature, tranquility and crystal clear water. In the bay are predominantly rocky beaches and some smaller pebble beaches. The village of Milna with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, post office, pharmacy, doctor, gas station, etc. is 2 km away.
Hosszas keresgélés után az interneten vettem észre ezt a csodálatos lakást. Vettem egy kis időt, amíg rájöttem, mi volt a leírás. Minden, amire szüksége van, és sok extrát nem találsz máshol. Ár teljesítmény egyszerűen verhetetlen. Voltunk 14 napon 2012/07/07 2012/07/21, hogy itt a vakáció, és valójában nem akar hazamenni. Képek és részletek teljesen korrekt. A tenger kristálytiszta, a medence nem volt klór szaga, ami szintén nehéz találni. A ház funkciók tökéletes, és a tisztaság is első osztályú. A kisváros Milna is megér egy látogatást miatt számos étterem, kis hajók, stb, különösen a hétvégén. A tulajdonos család: nem csak beszélnek németül tökéletes, de mindig ott vannak, ha szükség van rájuk, nagyon szerető gyerekek (a tulajdonos maga is két gyermek) és természetesen a legjobb nagymama és nagypapa lehet képzelni.
