This exclusive apartment is very comfortable and modern equipped, has an area of 75 square meters - it contains a kitchen with dishwasher, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with washing machine and large sunny terrace with outdoor seating. Towels change twice weekly. On all windows are roller-mounted grille, so you will not need any chemical agents against insects. For your additional safety, fire smoke detectors are installed in all rooms in the apartment. smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are not allowed.
