Apartments “Niki“ are located in Orij, nearby the city of Dugi Rat (distance from the centre app. 500 m). Apartments are located on the 1st floor (furnished in 2010). Parking place is in the yard surrounded by a fence. Children may use the area around the house or school playground for playing. The house is located just 200 m away from a beautiful pebbled beach. No stairs on the way to the beach. It is an ideal place for a carefree and pleasant vacation. In the vicinity of Orij, there are attractive tourist centres (Split 15 km, Omiš 6 km, Makarska 35 km).

Accomodation of fifth person, if older than 5 years will be charged 5 EUR / day. Prices include: bed linen, towels, cooking and eating sets, expences for water and electricity, Internet, final cleaning and accomodation tax for each person. Grill may be used. Parking place for 1 car per apartment is assured. The use of air conditioning is not included in the price. For booking 4 days or shorter, an additional 15% cost has to be calculated. Apartments will be free for entrance at 14:00 first day and must be left before 10:00 of last day. The full cost of accommodation must be paid at the arrival together with the delivery of the keys. Payment is accepted in cash only (no credit cards).
